The place was nice but a/c did not work. It was 79 degrees in the cabin for two days. It would cool down at night but heat back up during the day. I called and they sent a service tech out. I waited for an hour and half and then let them know he needed to contact me when he got there so I could come back because I had family at another cabin down the road and we were trying to eat dinner together. They never contacted me or let me know it was fixed until I contacted them. It did work better but still would get warm inside during the day light hours. They did contact someone to come out as soon as I let them know. I didn’t get there until 5:30 check-in day so I just thought they hadn’t turned the air down preparing for my arrival. So after the second day, I realized the a/c wasn’t working properly and then the thermostat indicated it needed service. Again, I was never contacted that they were there or that it had been fixed. It cooled better but not great.
Really enjoyed our stay! We definitely will be returning
