Introducing our brand new construction in Hochatown, located just north off Hwy 259, approximately 7 miles away. This cabin offers convenience and proximity to nearby restaurants and attractions, including Beavers Bend State Park, Broken Bow Lake, and Mt Fork River. Nature enthusiasts will appreciate the abundance of hiking trails and ATV off-road trails available in the nearby Ouachita National Forest.

This 1-bedroom, 1.5-bath cabin is ready for you to make it your own. The open kitchen, equipped with stainless appliances and granite countertops, offers plenty of space for multiple guests and is seamlessly integrated with the living area, ensuring you never miss a moment of enjoyment with family and friends. The kitchen space also includes a dining area and an eat-in island.

The oversized bedroom features an en suite bathroom with a separate tub and shower with dual heads. Step out onto the secluded private deck overlooking the heavily wooded hillside, where you'll find a hot tub, propane heater, outdoor TV, grill, and patio furniture—creating the perfect space to enjoy regardless of outdoor temperatures. The elevated deck also overlooks the fire pit and hammock area, providing a serene setting to unwind and relax while taking in the scenery.
