Beavers Bend Luxury Cabin Rental is locally owned and operated. Having been lifelong residents we know the ins & outs of the Broken Bow rental market and we know what works and what does not. We made a decision not be the biggest but the best rental company for our guests and owners.

By not having 30 to 50 properties we are able to provide the absolute best hands on service for our owners. We actually know you by name and take great care to treat your property the same as we treat our own.

We are picky about the properties we rent. We aren’t so concerned if your property is a higher priced unit but are more demanding that the property is clean and well maintained. Many properties don’t qualify to be on our program but if yours does you’ll experience the best rental services available.

Our  management fee is lower than most of our competitors. We don’t nickel & dime you to ! Unlike many of our competitors we only make money on the rental of your unit not on the “service fees”.

When we perform maintenance  on your property we negotiate the best price possible and pass that price on to you. WE DON’T ADD ON EXTRA FEES! We are very concerned with the maintenance of your unit and we want your investment to grow and to have our guests to have the best experience possible in your property.

We know how to market Beavers Bend and Broken Bow because we have experience that our competitors don’t have. We of course do the normal advertising that everyone else does but we also have “unique marketing” that places us ahead of the pack. The fact that most of our renters are repeat and referral guests says that what we are doing works!
