HILLTOP AQUA VISTA is located at Timber Creek Trails, on the top of a Kiamichi Mountain in the Ouachita National Forest, just a few minutes away from Broken Bow Lake in Hochatown.If you are looking for a luxury cabin with quiet, secluded elegance on a mountain top, look no further. This is a brand new log cabin home completed in Nov 2011 with 3 bedrooms & 3.5 baths, open living plan tastefully decorated in Rustic Luxury, Game Room with Pool Table and Wet Bar, large covered Hot Tub, Outdoor Fireplace and Kitchen Area with expansive outdoor multilevel decks and covered porches nestled amongst the towering pines of the heavily wooded forest.The Aqua Vista has it all!The open living – dining – kitchen area is surrounded by pine wood walls and very tall ceilings with cedar beams & logs, Red oak wood floors throughout. Enjoy the spectacular views of the surrounding forest through the 2-story all-glass front & rear side of the cabin. The gourmet kitchen is a chef’s dream with everything you will need to prepare full course meals for your group of up to 12 people. The kitchen, as well as the rest of the cabin, is accented with granite countertops, knotty pine cabinets, pantry & nicely organized closets.This awesome cabin has 3 bedrooms with 3 king beds in nicely made native cedar bed frames – The Master Suite is located on the main level with shower and large corner Jacuzzi tub surrounded with decorative granite The second bedroom/bathroom is on the opposite side area of the main living area. The third bedroom/bathroom is on the lower level. The living area and the game room area both have full size sleeper sofa’s.There are 5 Internet-Ready HDTVs with Blu-Ray Players in all living areas and bedrooms. There are 2 game room areas, one for kids with play area & air hockey table and the other with a pool table and wet bar. Enjoy your drink with the ice maker’s continuous supply of ice in the wet bar and relax on the Bristow bar stool in between your turns in the pool table. The luxury game room also offers an Internet- ready HDTV with Blu-Ray player with 280+ HD Direct TV satellite digital programming.With the Internet- Ready TVs & Blu-Ray players, watch your favorite YouTube, NetFlix or Facebook session. Enter on the lower deck from the game room area or from the outdoor kitchen area to the large multi-lighted Hot Tub where you can relax and unwind. Step off the back deck onto a gravel trail to the natural draw where you can enjoy a morning walk and enjoy the abundant wildlife or head to the Fire Pit with cedar bench seating to roast marshmallows and enjoy hours of family time.
