HOW FAR IS BROKEN BOW , OKLAHOMA FROM A MAJOR CITY?

DALLAS - is 197 miles. Approximately a 3 -3 1/2 hour drive.

Oklahoma City - is 255 miles. Approximately a 4 hour drive.

Tulsa - is 218 miles. Approximately 3 1/2 hour drive.

Shreveport - 155 miles. Approximately a 3 hour drive.

HOW DO WE FIND OUR CABIN?

A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your cabin. 14 days from your arrival date the entire balance will be charged to the credit card on file. BBLC will send you a confirmation email with directions and a map to your cabin, along with the key code for entry. PRINT this email and bring with you. It will also have all contact information.

WHAT IF I NEED TO CANCEL OR CHANGE MY RESERVATION?

If you need to change your reservation before the 14 day arrival date a $50 non-refundable deposit will be required when you reserve another date or cabin. You MUST call to change or cancel your reservation. Emails are not an acceptable means of communication to change or cancel. If you do not contact us before the 14^th day from arrival, you will be charged the full amount for your reservation.

ARE PETS ALLOWED?

Some of our cabins are pet friendly. Look for the paw print !

ARE THERE ANY CABINS ON BROKEN BOW LAKE?

Broken Bow Lake is owned by the Corps of Engineers . They do not allow any construction on the Lake. However, our cabins are within 5 minutes, some less, of boat ramp access to the lake, trout fishing, areas, Beavers Bend State Park, hiking trails, restaurants, banking and entertainment.

DO WE NEED A FISHING LICENSE?

Everyone 14 and over is required to hold a valid fishing license. All ages are required to hold a valid trout stamp when trout fishing in Mt. Fork River. A permanent or temporary fishing license and trout stamp may be purchased at Wal-Mart, most convenience stores in the Hochatown area or Beavers Bend State Park office. WHAT DO WE NEED TO BRING WITH US?

The weather is Southeast Oklahoma is similar to tDallas and NE Texas. Sunscreen, insect repellant, light jackets in the spring and fall, cold weather wear in Nov-Feb. is usually sufficient. There are many hiking and bike trails, ATV trails,( you cannot access ATV trails from the cabins but can trailer your ATV to the trails that are minutes away.
